We provide the service at an ethernet socket in your premises but do not provide WiFi routers or other internal devices simply because no one solution fits all circumstances. We will give suggestions for suitable equipment depending upon your property and requirements. Our library documents contain much of this information. If you are looking to switch providers to TVB using One-Time-Switching (OTS), please don't. Instead, read this information.
What it will cost (including VAT) to connect to our broadband (by radio or fibre)
If you are a business with more than 5 people associated in any way with the internet use, you must contact us to discuss your requirements.

TVB is not responsible for how you distruibute the broadband service in your house and we do not provide WiFi routers as every house differs in layout and construction and will require appropriate equipment. There is plenty of advice in our library.
When you have registered, one of the TVB technical team will contact you and arrange a survey of your premises, discuss your options and schedule your installation. With installation completed and service being delivered, you will have 30days to pay all the installation fees agreed and the yearly service fee.
